Project Organic - Visit to Mojo Coffee

As part of a Young Enterprise Trust project, Year 12 & 13 Porirua College students paid a visit to Mojo Coffee - Roastery and HQ located at Shed 13 on Wellington's waterfront. The project

involves the students following a design brief and developing a coffee based product that customers will enjoy.

The students learnt a great deal about - coffee origins, roasting, shipping, expresso making etc.

 

                                                                                                The challenge really for the students would be using biodegradable and organic products with their design", said Michael of Mojo Coffee Cafe.

The brief is to provide a product that has design appeal to the youth population as well as the family market. The team must use the beans provided by Mojo Coffee - any milk used must be organic,
